 ORDERING

To changes or cancel your order requests must be made via email within 6 hours of purchase. All orders are handmade, please see below for info on the timeline for ordering with us. Please double check your shipping address before purchasing. 

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RUSH ORDERS

Orders to the US ship free!! All orders are hand crafted, which takes us some time. The time it takes us to make your order is the processing time. You can find the current processing time at the top of our website. Shipping times are added to this for a delivery estimate. Free shipping can be selected at checkout or your can upgrade to a faster shipping time. You can message us to rush your order. Rush order availability and pricing is dependent on how busy the shop is. 
 

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

We now offer free exchanges & returns! *see below for more info

We want you to be stoked with your order! We gladly accept exchanges and returns on most items. 

To Exchange or Return: Message us within 7 days of delivery to start the return/exchange process. Instructions and timeline will be provided then. If exchanging, please keep in mind that a new order will need to be made for you. The processing time listed at the top of the site at time of exchange will apply to your exchange. 

Items that cannot be exchanged/returned are: Custom Orders (including tie dye colors, any vinyl add ons and special sizing) Cheeky shorts + intimates (hygiene reasons) and sale items. Please note that with customized items once the design is approved and the listing is purchased the design cannot be changed or returned for any reason. The customer assumes all responsibility for the design and order. Any customized items are final sale and do not qualify for return, exchange, or a refund. Please pay close attention when approving your design.

All refunds, exchanges and returns can only be made at the sole discretion of Desert Dyes. 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we are happy to correct any errors at no cost to you!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer shipping to select countries outside of the USA. If your not able to ship to your country please reach out to us. Desert Dyes is not responsible for any lost or damaged international orders. International shipping typically takes 1-4 weeks, but can vary by country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Buyers have 14 business days to notify for return/refund.
 
Desert Dyes is not responsible for items once tracking has been posted. Once your item is shipped it is completely out of our hands. A refund for order in transit that may be lost, damaged or stolen is provided at the sole discretion of Desert Dyes and is not guaranteed.
