Enter your info into the "Custom Tie-Dye" box on the listing. Please including what you would like for the text or send your file to info@desertdyes.com. Also include your font and text/logo color selection. If not shown or mentioned in the listing, text/logo add-on's are an additional fee. We offer several different placements.  Search "add-on's" in our shop for some ideas/options! We are able to make pretty much anything but haven't been able to add all of the options yet so feel free to send me a photo/screenshot of what you are wanting for your placement.
