Please email info@desertdyes.com to exchange/return your order within 30 days*.

*Items Not Eligible for Return: Tie-dyes with custom colors or personalization, Sale Items and Intimates (cheeky shorts etc). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping & Delivery

All items are handmade to order. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends & holidays. Please check the description of the item you are ordering for possible extended processing times.

Order confirmation will be sent via email once your order is placed. Once your order is ready to ship, tracking information will be sent via email.  

US Bound Orders: 

Free shipping on all domestic orders!

Shipping times: First Class Mail 2-5 business days | Priority Mail 1-4 business days | Priority Mail Express 1-2 business days (times exclude weekend & holidays). 

International Orders: 

Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. Shipping times vary based on desitination but typically take 1-3 weeks. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Desert Dyes is not responsible for delays due to customs. UK/EU buyers have 14 business days to notify for return/refund.

Rush orders are available. Please message us before placing your order to insure we can accomodate your time frame.

Track Your Order

All orders updates will be sent to the email entered at checkout.

Your tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order has been made and is ready to ship. Feel free to send us an email or use our chatbot for immediate assistance with tracking your order.

Occasionally we will have to remake an item if an issue or blemish is noticed. We will reach out with any substantial delays beyond this & keep you update you as best as we can! Upon delivery, please carefully inspect & wash your order. Contact us within 7 days if your item is damaged/defective or if you received an incorrect order so we can assess and correct any issue with your order asap. Once your order had been dropped off with the mail carrier, Desert Dyes is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed orders. Desert Dyes reserves all rights to approve or deny any refunds, exchanges or returns. All Desert Dyes creations are handmade, unique & one of a kind. Like a fingerprint no two tie-dyes will ever have the same exact same design. Due to the hand dying process there can be print and color variation.
